"Did the job nicely, the outside of the building is a bit worn and weathered but the inside is very modern and some work is ongoing to improve it further. Really useful self scan mini shop at reception although maybe a bit pricey. Very friendly, helpful staff. The room was maybe slightly on the basic side but nothing to complain about at all. Free airport shuttle runs a lot at almost all hours of the day too. Definitely recommend!"

"The room is overpriced. The are no amenities at this hotel, and the room is very small, with a ledge on a wall at the foot of the bed that is easy to bump into when you try to move in the room. The property itself is unappealing in appearance. The airport shuttle is overly crowded, and when Ibis uses a local bus for transport to the airport, there is virtually no room to place your luggage, so people place their luggage in the aisles and on seats next to theirs, making it very difficult for...

"Very nice room (especially loved the bathroom design!) We paid for breakfast, which was a good buffet with a big selection (cold and hot), the hotel is not near any cafes so it is worth adding breakfast. We loved the pool/sauna/steam room with a view of the lake. We would definitely stay again and hire the hotel bikes to cycle into Utrecht (it's also easy on the bus to get there from the centre).
Staff were excellent too."
