"The hostel was clean and comfortable. Room and bathrooms were very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. The view from the panoramic lounge was amazing and it was well stocked with board games and toys for the children to play with. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktversuche reagierte das Personal überhaupt nicht, und ein alternatives Zimmer wurde uns ebenfalls nicht angeboten. Wahrend und nach dem Aufenthalt hatten wir Beschwerden, die nach unserem Eindruck mit der Situation im Zimmer zusammenhingen und erst Tage später vollständig abgeklungen sind. Auch das Frühstück war für die geschätzt rund 30 Gäste völlig unzureichend: etwa sechs Scheiben...

"A very warm welcome when we arrived. The bedroom had character, was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the loch. Ten minutes walk to the centre of Ullapool. Checking in was at set times, booked before arrival, the last time being 6.45pm, which was a little restrictive. Compared with other places to stay this was good value for money."

"Loved the Inn!! The room smelled wonderful!! Which was a significant improvement from other properties! The twin beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and well decorated. The staff was kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb. Also enjoyed a delicious dinner - make sure to book reservations for dinner in advance. Enjoyed hikes to the beach and to the nearby waterfall all easily accessed from the property. Will definitely visit again!!"
