"The overall presentation of the hotel was first class and the check in staff were polite and helpful!. Our room was clean and presentable but worth noting was that the mattress was far to hard to get a decent night sleep on!. "Perfectly located right in the centre of Bath facing the theatre, the hotel is immaculately clean and has a very nice, small bar area at the front. I would describe the rooms as functional - small, compact but have everything you need, and again very clean. Taking 1 star off for the rock hard ..."
