"Staff excelente, y el servicio en general fue espectacular. Las instalaciones están muy bien, limpias y adecuadas para el disfrute. Nos encantó la habitación, y las vistas son preciosas. Excelente todo por el precio pagado. Recibimos un ascenso de categoría al llegar, y nos reservaron una mesa en el restaurante con una excelente vista de la ciudad. Excelente cena y muy buen desayuno incluido. Totalmente recomendado! Gracias especiales a Rainier en recepción!"

"The views & breakfast are the star of the show, very good, even includes mangu & right on time. Checkin was fine ( although I dont know why they make you sit to wait your turn while more people arrive), & it’s brand new with amazing rooftop monument & mountain views! However, the bathrooms need more shelves & most notably it is right in the middle of Santiago nightlife so if you’re looking for a peaceful & restful stay on the weekend this is not it! "i purchased bottles of alcohol to my vip section that i never got i retired to my HOTEL AND ASK THE MANAGER to bring me some ice my bottles of alcohol and a hookah now my credit card frozen from this i would like to speak with the hotel owner if possible I ASKED THE MANAGER TO HAVE HIM GIVE ME A CALL"

"The staff were extremely helpful , specifically Randy el muñeco and Malky , I needed help at the restaurant and Randy didn’t hesitated and offered his assistance, he deserve a raise , he made sure everything was ok and always kept on checking on me , and answered any questions I had. For that reason only , I can’t wait to go back , the staff always went above and beyond to make sure everything was alright. Highly recommend this place to anyone . I can’t wait to go back ."
