"It is complex with seperate apartmants, mainly Italien guests. Friendly staff, very helpful Director Luigi. If problem accured very quicly was solved. Apartmant was nice, but slightly worn out and old, view from the balcony was amazing. Surrounding was preaty,in the swimming pool you must have swimming hats. Gym - not really for use - too old and used. Each night some kind of entertainment. Location - very close was a supermarket. Sea - very nice and clean. Only really occasionally slightly...

"Il villaggio è molto pulito e curato. Il personale accogliente..anche l’animazione è presente ma non invasiva.Tutto è a portata di mano..spiaggia con ombrelloni e lettini personali,piscina,ristorante direttamente sul mare dove abbiamo cenato ottimamente e con la vista del tramonto sullo Stromboli .Per quanto riguarda l’appartamento l’abbiamo trovato pulitissimo ed è presente tutto.Siamo stati davvero benissimo,grazie a tutti voi"

"The reception staff spoke little English. Swimming pool was not in use, which was both a surprise and a disappointment. Bar staff were a bit better, and tried hard to please. Parking was adjacent and reasonable, but there was no shade in 36+ degrees of heat. There was an Italian "Saga event with overly loud karioke each night unitl midnight. The hotel did not put those "enjoying" this on the affected side of the hotel, but many were disturbed, which was an issue as we had to be up early. Buffet...

They even picked us up at the train station in Paola and drove us to attractions we wanted to see! We couldn’t have asked for better service and a better experience. "Difficilissimo da raggiungere, quindi altamente sconsigliato per bambini e anziani. L'intonaco dei muri si scrostava e il box doccia era rotto. Scarsa manutenzione e poca attenzione ai dettagli. L'unico rotolo di carta igienica in dotazione era praticamente a metà e il bagno era sprovvisto di servizio di cortesia. In compenso le lenzuola erano pulite."
