"The hotel staff was very friendly, and spoke good English. The pool was great for the kids, and had sun over it until 4pm. The air conditioning stopped working one of the days we were there, but the hotel staff was able to come up and repair it within 30 minutes. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering gallo pinto every day, and nacatamales on the weekend. "
