"I stay at this hotel most of the time when I am in Managua, every month or so. The staff are always very nice and they allow me early check-in when I arrive early from my home in north Nicaragua. This is a budget-friendly hotel. I had a problem this time, during a major rain storm my room got a lot of water. The staff quickly responded and moved me to another room. Things happen but they responded right away, making it seemless. I will continue to stay there!"

"The room we stayed in was outdated, and everything in it looked like it was from the 90s. The beds were uncomfortable, and the cabin was falling apart. It was also far from the front desk and hard to get around. I was staying with my parents, and since they’re older, it was really painful for them to walk from the room to the restaurants and pool. The hotel should provide golf carts to help guests get around, especially older people staying in rooms that are so far away"

"Staff was very nice and the outside setup was interesting, but the room reminded me of a jail cell. bare minimum, old beat up furnishings. I was only there one night so I didn't bother looking for another place, but I wouldn't stay there again. I chose it because my flight left at 6 am and I thought it was close, but it was actually almost 30 minutes away."
