"The property is nice and the staff I encounter was helpful. The restaurant has good food and drinks. My problem was my air conditioner didn't work for 2 days and it was 79 degrees in my room. The last day I encountered someone downstairs at the desk who helped me and sent someone to fix the air conditioner. Besides that only bad thing is the parking. But I would definitely stay there again hopefully they will take care of my two days I was burning up in the room"

"We really liked that our room was cool and comfortable upon arrival. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and found the staff to be very helpful."

"The main entrance to the hotel was locked and had to be opened at the front desk at 2;30 in the afternoon. The front desk clerk was not friendly. The pool was closed. A chair in the room had stains on it...should have been thrown out. The view of downtown was nice, but the windows looked like the outsides are never cleaned. This hotel is also in a sketchy neighborhood. Good things: parking was decent. Right behind the hotel. Breakfast was good."
