"We stayed here for five nights on our trip to the Black Hills. Custer is, in my opinion, the best base for exploration. We love the town and it’s easy to get to all the sights. As for the motel, we were overall very satisfied. The staff is friendly, the property is convenient and clean, and it was no-hassle with our pups. The grab and go breakfast was a nice touch. "Really fun glamping experience! The road to the site was pretty bad but the woman Cora at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful. There was another person later in the day and he was less than helpful. Just sitting on his phone the whole time. The tent was great except for the chargers that weren’t fully charged. Still had a really fun experience at the site."
