"Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. We were denied our original booking at the last moment, with the property telling us that it had been “double booked.” This was absolutely unacceptable, especially after we had already made our plans and were relying on the confirmed reservation. We were then shifted to another property, which was just okay, but the experience there was far from satisfactory as well. There were constant water issues, which made the stay extremely inconvenient...
