"Every request that l texted to the hotel. Was quickly responded. The hotel is positioned perfectly for Geneva 's transport networks. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. If l was to be very picky, a air-conditioning unit would of been a good edition to the apartment. We were there during a heatwave. Other than that. 9 out of 10. Very happy customer."

"Couple on vacation, 3 Nights in Montreux. Great location on Lake Geneva, paid up for a corner unit directly on the water. Breakfast was not cheap (30 CHF), but was IMO worth the money, with assortment of meats, cheeses, made to order eggs, etc. Property is 5 min. from the train station, and bus stops a block away, so very easy access. Area felt very safe to us, would stay again. Note that the property is typical European, but had all we needed and was clean and fairly well maintained."

"Handy hotel for Geneva airport with free airport shuttle, although we were unable to work out how to get it from the airport to the hotel. Family was very sizeable and well laid out with 2 bathrooms and mini kitchen. Would recommend for a night before a flight. Only disappointment was the restaurant offerings, which were average quality and expensive."

"The hotel itself was good, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, I would advise future guests to be very careful with the cancellation policy. Our reservation was advertised as fully refundable, and we canceled well before the deadline, yet we were still charged for both the canceled reservation and the reservation we actually used. This created a very frustrating situation and required additional follow-up. Other than that issue, the hotel was comfortable, clean, and met our expectations. Just make sure to closely monitor any charges and refunds related to your booking."
