"Great food from the hotel close by"

"Amazing comfortable beds. Great location and easy access. Very tired rooms which could do with a bit more attention. But otherwise clean and very comfortable."

"The reception staff were bit rude during check in. Room smelt really damp and no air conditioning it was turned off by hotel even though they advertise air con available apparently its only available during summer months even though our room was 25c during the night. the room is also in need of a upgrade not even electrical outlets near beds to charge mobiles. The breakfast was awful there was no staff available the food was cold. No Orange juice was empty, no cutlery available, no coffee cups,...

"The property is conveniently located near many Brisbane suburbs. But if you have anything you want to do in the city center, it's best to take a commuter train in. As for the room itself, it was clean-ish, but the carpet was sticky. The bed was fine. There's a very basic suburban bar attached to the hotel with decent food. The staff of the hotel are all super friendly."

"There was a faint smell of old ashtray in the room that I found disappointing (on a non smoking floor). I also turned up when the keys/locks were being redone, and reception was nice enough but I don't think the manager actually apologise for the inconvenience even once, just fed excuses.... Zero explanation of where anything was or times the reception was open/closed over weekend."

"We had a great stay, staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was cleaned daily and restocked. It was great to be able to park in front of our room, and room had a good working air conditioning. Location was key for us as it was near everything we needed."

"Great place to stay, has everything you need for staying short term or long term. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and was quiet during the night even though we were facing the main road. Bed was comfy and so was lounge. Also had a washing machine and dryer, everything you would find in an apartment. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Will stay again when in Brisbane next."

"Bar closes at 11pm. Refused me service from 10.40pm but continued serving others. And no, I was not intoxicated. I had been told the bar was closing evidently. The latecomers had not. They were still there when I returned from the local pub. You are supposed to aspire to something adult, young lady (bar manager) and being a Karen is not being adult."

"We paid for king size bed & it wasn't king size. Our rooms ceiling sprung a leak through the night so woke up to a flooded floor in the kitchen/dining area, no compensation was offered our inconvenience."
