The first room I was in had bedbugs in it, and they did switch me to a second room where the lighting was flickering throughout the night, which also smelled like smoke the male staff at the front while checking in I was very professional

Front desk is slow not very profession compared to most marriotts . Check in was slow, same at Starbucks. After check out I also had to contact front desk about I left in room. When calling I was hung up on then the person was supposed to check with housekeeping and return my call. The didn’t, when ...
