"We had a wonderful time staying here for my daughter’s graduation from DU. The staff was lovely especially Brent Zorensky, the restaurant manager. He handled our large (crazy) party of 11 with a lot of humor and grace. Really made the experience wonderful. Thank you to everyone at the Hyatt!"

"The room had such poor lighting, one of the lights didn't work. Wasn't much conditioner in the shower, the sliding glass door was so difficult to open, no microwave in the room, the bathroom was nice tho. The staff was nice. Cookies are always good, the pillows were nice and comfy. HOWEVER, what's the deal about charging $17 for parking? Im a paying guest. I felt like I did not get my money's worth and probably could have had a better experience going to the comfort suites spend less money with...

"Very dirty, no trash can, we had to ask for it. Only one bar soap was provided, and nothing else. Appears to be very thin wall, we were disturbed by guest upstairs making a lot of noise, and running in the evening. Overall not recommended"

"It was my fault for not doing research, that been said state of the room was terrible. So much so we decided to book a different hotel after only been 10 mins in room. Is not staffs fault obviously, but there’s only so much you can do when room is falling apart."

Check-in and getting around were simple, and everything met our expectations. For the price and location, it offered good value. I would definitely consider staying here again if I'm in the area."
