We had three rooms. One reserved through the hotel and 2 through hotels.com. The two through hotels.com were side by side on the 4th floor. Had to move my family out of both. The room was good. We had an issue with an injury with someone we were traveling with and needed to leave early but neither hotels.com nor the hotel would help us.
