"I'm still awaiting to hear back from Expedia. I'm supposed to get a full refund in the amount of $73+ dollars. I did not stay at the property. In fact I only arrived to get abused, made to feel threatened, and made to flee the property. Still as of right now 24 hours later both Expedia and the property are holding on to and benefiting from having my money while I got nothing in return but one of the worst customer experiences possible."

"Stayed here because of their 24hr airport transportation but, enjoyed the stay for other reasons as well.
Very clean, nice decor, beds are COMFY, nice pillows, nice, warm, and large pool area.
The restaurant serves really good food as well.
I wouldn't normally stay at Radisson, but was happy I did and will again next time I'm in Colorado Springs. "
