"The family rooms are very large and suitable for a family of 6. The hotel is nicely maintained. This would be a perfect score if it had AC! There is no AC on property and the rooms can get very warm during the summer. The staff was excellent as was the breakfast for a fee. I would stay here again, but not in the summer."

"This is an excellent hotel, especially if it’s your first time in Zurich. It is centrally located, but still quiet at night. Rooms are meticulously clean - I saw the cleaning woman on her hands and knees cleaning underneath the bed in another room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Water pressure from the shower is solid and the bed was comfortable. I would happily stay here again.."

"We had a pleasant experience at the Bristol Hotel. It is in a great location and is close to the train station and riverfront area. The room was a good size and very clean. The beds were quite comfortable. The front desk staff person was very friendly and helpful. For all these reasons, we recommend the hotel. Things to note: there was not a fridge in our room (we didn’t think to check before booking because they are standard in US hotel rooms) and there is a sign in the room that says the AC...
