"The room was cosy, nicely decorated, a good size, and with a large and comfortable bed; it would have cost two or three times as much in a hotel - and that's without the generous and tasty cooked breakfast (there are other options on the menu) which - like the excellent WiFi - is included.
The shower was a good size, but (and this is my only reservation, which I'm sure will be addressed) had poor water pressure.
Parking space is for 2, maybe 3 cars (depending how the others park!), but free...
"Great location at tip of Esplanade. Somewhat older and worn guesthouse, could do with a refresh such as carpets. No fans in room (A/C not expected) but fridge was an excellent surprise.
Very friendly."
"It was very nice that we had been saved a parking space and the host was there to take my case. Very nice room clean and well thought out and even an iron and ironing board ."
"Good value for money for room only - this is more a managed property than a proper BnB experience. Staff not pleasant on arrival and had to be called in. Room itself clean and nicely furnished. Seconds away from excellent Weymouth beach.. though many properties in central Weymouth a bit dated and rough around the edges. I'd recommend Dorchester/Lulworth Cove and surrounding areas if you want something more upmarket."
