"Staff friendly, helpful. Cabin was clean. Comfortable double beds. The 2x adults using the bunk beds found the plastic undercovers unpleasant & uncomfortable. Hairdryer was a welcome convenience."

"Check-in is at 3:00 PM, a bit late. We asked if they could check us in earlier, but they didn't even ask which room it was; they just said no. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, and at 9:57 AM they were outside the room wanting to clean it. The place is generally nice, with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Good lighting. They're building in front of the pool, which is a bit annoying. Also, our socks got black from the carpet."

"Quick and easy check in. Modern hotel with a very large room (king with lake view). Only parking option is valet so be prepared to pay for valet upon arrival. Within easy walking distance to more restaurants than you can visit. Disappointed that there wasn't a pool. Didn't like that price for breakfast went up if we didn't commit at check in. The price should be the same for guests regardless of when you decide to have it. Overall, a good experience "

"We traveled from the USA and this was our first stop. We loved it! Yes your patio smells like sulfur sometimes, but that’s to be expected when staying right next to the active geothermal lake. They were very helpful and responsive to all our questions/requests. The breakfast had a great variety and the quality of food, juice, and drinks was truly surprising. The room was very clean, the parking was very convenient."

"Was up stairs that were difficult for my senior mum. No lift. Suitcases etc were very challenging to manoeuvre. Our fault they told me for not specifying wheelchair access - but she doesn’t need a wheeelchair! TV wouldn’t work. Such a weird place to exit - gates were tied up. Bit of an odd vibe. "
