"1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later. 2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. "Typical static caravan, it’s dated but it’s not run down. It reminds me of holidaying with my grand parents. It’s on the main road so there are times where it’s noisy - but that can’t be helped and it’s seriously not often. Site owners are thoroughly lovely, vey kind, knowledgeable and friendly. "Hotel is centrally located on the main market square. Don’t use their car park as it will cost you £15. I paid £7.80 to park on the square till 12 noon following day. Free or cheaper if you leave earlier. But my main gripe was that they could not provide me with any à la carte breakfast items even off the buffet. All I wanted was 1x egg on toast and a cup of coffee. I told the staff that due to recent weightloss surgery I couldn’t physically eat any more to warrant paying £12 for the full breakfast buffet."

"Staff were amazing, room was great and overall stay was good. Only downfall i had was the room was way to hot. The little fan provided was just blowing hot air around. Air conditioning would be a good investment especially during summer. I would have booked another night but the room temperature has put me off booking again."
