"There was dust in room and bathroom. Lights were very deemed. Shower was not working properly. The check out time was 11am and housekeeping was knocking on the door 8:30-9am very loudly. That was very rude. The children pool had too much chlorine my son couldn’t handle it. Also, the location of the coral reef pool at the terrible area. It was humid and hot at the children pool. No hot tub for kids. Very less activities to do for kids at Harrah’s. The children pool should be moved on ground floor...

"Loud band in Rush lounge, close to front desk, made conversation at desk a bit difficult. Poker bar at Mexican restaurant closed very early for a weekend."

"Rooms were really nice, pool has an adults only timeframe each day, elevators were quick, plenty of options in the food court for food besides the buffets. Parking permits were confusing & security couldn’t tell you anything about it. I didn’t see any information area to answer questions except for the check in desk which meant you had to get back in the check in line & wait your turn."

"We stay here when we are working at our property in Galloway.Staff is always great here.They are in the process of remodeling the rooms not an issue with stay.This is not a 5 star hotel.Being said it is within 15 minutes of AC with plenty to do within 20 minutes in all directions.If you need a place to relax and sleep and shower you can’t go wrong.They need an ICE machine."
