"Anything that could go wrong went wrong here at this stay, the first few days was ok and than for the next week and more things got strange.
I will only briefly state the issues:
1. Property could be better kept & managed.
2. Needs basic maintenance in about every room (I switched rooms more than a few times (broken beds, doors, tvs etc) staying on the bottom floor, due to disability needs, but only the last few days I found out that there was specialized rooms but I was charged more per night for those rooms “just because of disability”).
3. Half the security cameras were non functioning.
4. EMF readings were wild, in some areas of room 80 times or more higher than the acceptable healthy range. “As if tenants had all their microwaves on for malicious reasons”.
5. While getting room cleaned they had tossed over $200 worth of cloths I had set into clear trash bags to be washed under sink.
6. Unauthorized access into my rooms while I’m gone almost everyday, to than find dog hair, kibble and long female hair & dirt all over carpets, furniture and bed. On investigating I had looked at the card reader to find out over 6+ active entry cards into the current room I was staying in.
7. On checking out I received my deposit which was $20 less than what I had given over, which I believe to have possibly been $100 for incidentals. “Theres no way they would have given me a room for so many days without getting full deposit”.
