"I was pleasantly impressed by all aspects of my stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites. I appreciate the convenience and ease of traffic. Close to Wheaton College. The hotel decor and scenery are stunning. The staff is super friendly and the amenities are abundant. The overall feel gives luxury, but you don’t have to break the bank. Honestly, my stay was way better than I expected. I regret not staying longer and hope to be back again soon. "

"This an excellent Value pick hotel if you need a clean room, a bed, good water pressure, and a QUIET place to sleep. I did use the fitness center treadmill, which I had to myself and the pool, which I also had to myself and both were in working order and available (we all know how pools are marketed but closed when you arrive). There was no breakfast (or any restaurant) but they were clear about that (made to order, charged, you need something). So if an included breakfast is necessary,...

"No one has a sense of urgency or hospitality. 4 people I did not know were trapped in the elevator. It did say max 2 people. No one cared. The moved so slowly. I asked if candy could be booked to room while there was a line of people. The receptionist was overwhelmed by this question. The car service to the concert which is promoted by hotel was a racket. N short you get what you pay for."

"Cheapest price in the area. Lots of “wanderers”around the building but it’s Brockton so it’s to be expected. Coffee in the mornings for a short time if you’re up early enough. Microwave in the lobby. Staff were great and accommodating. "
