"The location of the hotel was very convenient for our business. The staff was very helpful and considerate. However, the room didn't have a coffee maker, a bathroom door that wouldn't stay closed and a shower that was a drizzle. It took 30 minutes to get wet and getting the shampoo out of my hair was impossible. The second day we were there our room was not cleaned, and we didn't see maid service at all.
