"The photos do not reflect the reality of the hotel. Our room was very small, and the in‑room internet did not work at all. The hallways felt extremely low and stuffy, and the hotel entrance looked old and dirty. The entire property clearly needs renovation. The only positive is that it’s within walking distance of the shopping area. Overall, I believe the price is too high for the quality of service provided."

"We had a really great stay at the Pinnacle. Amazing value. Small kitchen with the basic necessities so we could make our own meals. "The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices.
It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc.
Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm.
As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled...
