"View was beautiful and the staff was great BUT this hotel is in some serious need of major upgrades. I knew it wasn't going to be luxury by any means, BUT, I did have some expectations. The bathroom is very small to the point that it's uncomfortable.
The bathroom door impedes to where the toilet and bathtub are. The sink vanity was very low, like only 3 feet from the ground. For a tall person, this is miserable. I had to bend my back at a 90 degree angle to wash my face and brush my teeth. It...

"The hotel is fine, the breakfast was very good, and the location on the beach is fantastic.
Why I gave this property a 4 star rating is because of the $15.00 per day parking fee, and the $60.00 per day beach chair rental fee. I know most Florida beaches have a chair rental fee, but this was higher than any other I've paid. And more importantly I was led to believe by the Expedia advertising that this property had the fee included."

"The property was nice. The bed was not as plush as the Residence Inn in Baton Rouge and Dallas. The property is twice as expensive as Baton Rouge and Dallas and a pet fee was charged. I typically stay at Residence Inn because there has been no pet fee and the quality of beds have been plush and comfortable."
