Terrible service. No room cleaning. Pool is run down. Pictures on site are either really old or taken of private residence area. Big disappointment. Do not stay here!!!!

Very pleasant staff @ check-in & check-out. Lovely rooms & the AC worked well (thank goodness). WiFi information should be included at check-in or with facility guide in the room. Thanks - we'll be back!

I would never recommend anyone stay here. We notified the hotel we would be checking in late.(You must do this before 4pm as no one is on site after that) When we arrived around 11 pm the room did not fit our party and it was dirty and smelled like smoke. We had to call the night time manager to get a help. The nighttime manager Elizabeth was the only good thing about the hotel. She upgraded us to a condo that was nothing like their regular rooms.

The two queen size beds were the worst beds I have ever slept in during a hotel stay. The mattress was very lumpy and uncomfortable. My husband and I tried sleeping in each bed, and neither of us had a good night's sleep. We were there for two nights. We would never return there.

I have traveled for work and for pleasure for 20 years of my life and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had a hotel from top to bottom. The hotel is clean but other than that they missed huge on every other category. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place was ok. The room was very expensive. We have stayed in much nicer places for half the price. But the area nearby is phenomenal- the lake, fishing, hiking etc. So I suppose we paid for the location of the resort.

The condo was fine. The management is extremely poor. Should have been 4:00 check in which is very late. Office closed at 3:50. Had to find housekeeper who needed an additional 50 minutes. Very much interfered with our evening itinerary. Then we were overcharged. Very disappointed.

The marina bar was very nice, as was the pool area. It seems there are new owners, so there is not a casino. The condos are a bit dated. The food was great!

Very close to town. Room had been updated and was very nice. Could hear everything in the adjacent rooms though. Great little tiki bar. Staff was great. Would definitely come back.

Amazing waterfront view. And everything seemed clean. The room description didnt match what we actually got. Then on top of it weve been in a dispute with thr property for an extra 300 dollars of charges that they cant even tell me what its for.

Fantastic!

The room was plenty big enough for 5 of us! We stayed in the courtyard area and the hot tub was literally out our door! The kids loved it!

So-So and pricey

Check-in was ok not the friendliest. Room was clean. Restaurant/Tiki bar was excellent. It was kind of pricey per night considering if you wanted to do anything in the water that cost extra. Check out they deactivate key card prior to actually checking out
