Since we booked through Expedia she said it was actually the next day she could not access our virtual card. ???She couldn’t really explain what the issue was but I had to book a totally new room just so we could sleep for a few hours. "Maid service was marginal at best. More than once, during our week-long stay, had to visit the desk to request fresh coffee pods for the next morning. Towels not always refreshed. Pool area not well maintained; furniture there is not in good shape, indoor pool area not always well stocked with towels. Breakfast supplies and selections average at best. Front desk staff were always cordial and helpful Front of hotel and lobby were always clean and neat."
