"Room was not clean yes beds were made up the sheets and comforter were stained . The towels were old & dingy and nothing had been wiped down in awhile. Floors had not been cleaned or mopped. We ended up leaving a couple hours after we checked-in "

"Breakfast was very basic, pancake maker was broken both days eggs were full of water. Hotel look to be under construction with new outdoor furniture sitting in the front. We had mold in our shower with a panel falling off. There was soap all over the shower curtains where they had not been changed. There was a red broken fingernail laying on the floor by the bed. The view was awesome. Looking over the lake and was extremely close to everything we wanted to see including bathhouses row"

"Had a problem with the fire alarm going off at midnight, alarm blaring in all rooms with the message for everyone to evacuate the hotel. No fire but housekeeping dryers apparently run hot. The next night, our door lock had to be replaced for us to get in. The key cards did not work nor did replacement key cards. Also had a charge that I disputed which their GM did not agree to change."

"Don’t book here, pool is under maintenance, room smelled like cigarettes nasty stuff in the walls, door sticky, crumbs in the bed. Altogether felt nasty. We didn’t stay we left and went next door the the Hampton. "
