"There was a rug which was all curled up at one end and almost fell. It says on my reservation breakfast included, but when we went down for breakfast it was not free."

"It’s fine. I feel like it’s ironically named, seeing as the room I was given needed some love (fixtures were loose that should not have been loose. Light bulbs were completely different colours on the same fixture.). The coffee tasted like compromise. You know. Fine. Five stars to the front desk staff though, who were able to accommodate a much needed early check-in."

"Toilet and shower were heavily stained and not sure if sanitary. Bedding was worn and had some stains. One bath towel was thread bare. Mattress was comfortable. Room needs a deep clean, fresh bedding and towels to bring it up to a respectable level. A bit of a funky odor that needs to be rectified. Could easily be a good room with some care and a bit of money spent but will not get repeat customers or recommendations as is."
