"Once I ask for the next to the pool the should have to us that the pool wasn’t open on line they said I would have access that was the only reason why we stayed there if we know we would have picked a do hotel then I have to wait a whole hour for my room when I was supposed to check in at 3pm and I had to keep asking tell the when to see why was taking long "

"The Google cast feature never worked for us so we were stuck watching regular TV. Room was clean but old for sure. Housekeeping was on top of it! "

"The rooms aren’t carpeted and when we walked in there were some obvious blobs of food stains on the flooring, feeling like they hadn’t been mopped well between stays. No amenities like coffee, Netflix, etc. and shower/bath was old and cracked and didn’t drain well. Great location, comfy beds, house keeping came daily while we were out and restocked towels, made beds. Walk next door to grand centrals food court rather than get hotel breakfast. "

"The property is very clean and in a great residential neighborhood. The rooms are pretty bare bones but who wants to hang out in the room when you're in New York City?? The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean, and you couldn't beat the location. The staff was fantastic and very nice. Subway station is right on the same block. Would definitely stay there again!"

"We loved staying here! The lobby was creatively furnished and the breakfasts were excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Our flight out that night was canceled, so we arranged to stay an extra night. Staff was delightful and helpful. Cost for Sunday night was 1/3 of the Saturday night cost! Location was within walking distance of a subway stop, and there were excellent eateries in the neighborhood, which felt safe. We will definitely stay there again, hopefully during a weeknight! "
