"The host double book the place. And we had to go somewhere else in the middle of the night! The place seemed ok, but we never got a chance to really know. The host did however assisted us with getting another place almost next door (which was really a nice place)."

"I got to the hotel and staff had no record of reservation. I had paid ahead of time and after 2 hours I got another room which was not the room I thought I was getting. The room I got was good so it worked out OK. Management must work on being prepared to receive customers as registered. "
