Requested convenience fee and valet parking to be refunded. This is how they treat gold status with complementary room upgrade. Never staying there again. Management was emailed without response. One thing positive is literally across the street from LA live"

"Room was a little worn down and a few things looked dirty that weren’t huge deals- couch cushions and lamp shades. Bathroom was clean. Layout works well for large groups or multi-family stays. "

"The property was clean but pool was small. The hot tub was not hot at all. We had a connecting room and no fault of the hotel, but the kids next door kept trying to open our door. I did not feel rest at all. Location was great as it was a very short walk to Disneyland parks. "

"It’s Motel 6. Only thing I was kinda of not to happy with is the coffee station in the lobby, no creamer was available. But rooms have Keurig machines and fridges so it worked out! "
