"The laundry service was really good except I think a staff member was doing her personal laundry and taking up one of the machines. One of the dryers had something big in it and stayed there longer than an hour, so I took it out (it was dry) and set it aside so that I could dry my one load. My clothes seemed to be clean. "

"Opted to stay here as it was listed as one of Expedia's VIP access accommodation. I usually have very good experiences staying at these properties. Unfortunately this wasn't acknowledged and wasn't to the usual standards. Customers service, accommodation and shuttle service were all okay. It felt more like a 3 star accommodation than 4 star but I was only staying the night due to the wait between flights so definitely meet my needs. "

"There was a fire drill during breakfast our first morning. We had to leave our food on table and be outside for 15 minutes. Food at buffet have flies when we returned. Second night stay was disrupted by a SECOND fire drill at 5:09am. had to exit building -going down 7 flights of stairs to wait outside again until all clear. Understand the hotel needs to practice, but this was ridiculous to have in two successive days. "

"This place is a good stay for late night finds after travelling from the air port. All though the room isn’t a 5 star hotel, does the job for needing a place to sleep. You have to carry bags up the stairs and the bathroom layout is strange. Bed wasn’t the best but did the job. The staff a friendly which was the positive about this stay. "

"Place was exactly as advertised. Everything was really clean and the bed was 10/10 comfort for me. Cozy small room, and amenities had everything. Common room was clean. Great stay. "
