The room was really nice with a lovely view of the golf course - A mob of kangaroos came to visit every evening which was a nice surprise The restaurant was basic and not really for us, but we did find a good Italian a few minutes drive away The breakfast had a good selection and was delicious I may have missed the fine print, but I didn’t realise the pool and gym was not included - it is a seperate business and is charged at a daily rate which I was not expecting

Yarra Valley Lodge staff were all very friendly and nice. The room was clean and spacious. We were offered the garden view and from the balcony we had a lovely view of the kangaroos.

We spent the king’s birthday long weekend, we stayed here before and we loved everything about the hotel especially the staff starting from the checkin till you leave. Jedin was very nice, professional and very helpful. There is only one thing that the hotel is missing and that is a room, like a piano room with a fire place where you can relax with a glass of wine and a good book

It’s a half an hour drive for me and have been staying at this property each time we visit the Yarra Valley. The room is cosy and comfortable and I enjoy the dining options as well as the buffet breakfast. I recommend staying here if you want a get away and enjoy the surrounding wineries. Gisella

Great for a getaway
Whilst a little out of the way ...(!) this is a lovely hotel, the staff were very helpful & it is totally self-contained (bar/bistro etc). We had both room service & ate in the bistro & the inclusion of breakfast was a nice touch.

the grounds were beautifully landscaped and the room was spacious and comfortable. My only gripe is that the doors were not well insulated, so you could hear people speaking in the corridor late at night.
