"Det tog oss timmar innan någon av de taxis i Phuket kunde hitta till hotellet, ingen kände igen adressen och telefonnumret vi fått av hotellet var fel och de funka inte med gps. Hotellet låg på en liten bakgata och när vi kom dit ca 19.30 va de ingen som kom och öppna till oss utan vi fick stå ute och vänta med våra väskor i en mörk gränd, de kunde knappt engelska och förstod inte att vårt rum redan va betalt och när vi frågade om saker som tex wi-fi fick vi inga svar eller fel svar. "The property was very clean and the rooms were big and had everything you would need. Petch and his family were very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was different everyday and delicious 😊 When we were looking for a place to eat, Petch offered to drive us up the road! Petch’s mother is a great cook and made us fantastic dinners too when she didn’t have too! The family was amazing and would definitely stay again!!"
