"Great location for us-near Tanganyika, local shops and food options and adjacent to airport. Hotel itself was fine- we didn’t spend a lot of time there- it was a place to sleep and clean up. Needs a facelift, felt aged. Beds were comfy, pillows were great so it definitely met our needs"

"False advertising We booked a suite that said it slept 7, so my family of 7 expected somewhere to sleep. When we got there we found 3 double beds. When we asked if there was a rollaway bed or a cot since there wasn't a pullout couch, or any couch, we were told that 3 people can sleep in bed. Then why not advertise the so called "suite" as a room for 9? My son slept on the floor for 2 days in a sleeping bag since we were refused any extra bedding."

"The room had bed bugs and there was mold found in the bathroom. All of us had bed big bites. The room was presented clean upon arrival. Pool water heater was broken. Breakfast was very stale and limited. I couldn’t eat anything there. Mirrors, bathtub, and other furniture in poor condition and need updated.
Hotel is in a good location. Staff were very kind."

"Property was in decent repair except forvheat pump. Wall mounted with both broken and worn buttons. Result on a 19F night was a heat.pump that probably maintained 55F in permenat "ECCO" MODE. This heat issue could not have been a recent development, the coldest night in 2026 March was unusual.
I only had 3.5 hours before.going to airport for an 06:30 flight with TSA short staffing. Spring break + golf tournaments and blizzard weather meant long lines to clear security.

"No hot water in the shower or hand sink. Attempted to call front desk multiple times, but no one was available. Due to time constraints, I just chose to take an ice cold shower and it was awful. "The guy at the counter was extremely kind and courteous, and that was about the only positive part. The room was falling apart, there were stains on the mattresses, there were exposed wires, the smoke alarm had a towel in it, there was a live insect in the towels, the window wasn't fully connected to the wall; it was overall the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room was way overpriced, even at the discount, and we only stayed out of desperation. If there's a room available literally anywhere...
