"The room was terrible and not properly cleaned! Towels were stained with hair on several of them as well as the wash clothes! The toilet was severely stained inside the toilet bowl. The tub was stained as well as paint peeling in the inside of the tub! The sink water took over 5 minutes to get warm! The towel holder was dirty and dusty! The remote to the TV was dirty, sticky, and stained, i didn't even touch it! The fridge and microwave was dirty inside and out! This was the most terrible...

"Staff were super welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and didn’t have the typical icky hotel smell. There had been a lot of rain recently so it would have been beneficial to have a rug when you walk into the room to keep the floor dry and from getting dirty. A towel by the shower door would have been helpful too. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Overall, for the price, I’d stay there again. "

"We arrived at the property very late in the evening. When we went up to our room, in was not locked, the door was open (probably from cleaning). Old keys from last gues were still in room, toothpaste in sink, candy wrappers on the floor. We said something to the front desk and they told us they had no other rooms, so they could not move us."

"THE room was unacceptable. the room smelled had a thumb size hole in the wall and 50-100 nail holes. A/C not working temp was set at 78 and could adjust. We never unpack we went back down and checked out and had problems wanting to charge us for the room. Notified Expedia to get refund had problems with them. NOT HAPPY!! "

"Where do I start? The maintenance crew would be where to start. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, the sink faucet was very loose and moving around, the toilet was running, but my husband fixed that. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles provided. "

"I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. They provided a good warm breakfast."

"Our stay here was amazing! The staffs were quick to respond with any questions or concerns. The only issue we had was the s'mores kit was stale and the popcorn was expired. I’m sure we could’ve got that resolved but it wasn’t really a big issue! 10/10 would "

"I went there for the pool and the pool was great. The hot tub was currently out of order which isn't that big of a deal because the pool was awesome. But from the moment we got there things just weren't right. When we got into our room we opened the pull-out couch and it was full of crumbs and dirt. Then we got the pull out linens and there were yellow stains on them and they were obviously not clean. We called the front desk to ask for another one and they brought us a little sheet thingy that...
