"Clean great place with an amazing cafe on the property!!!"

"After checking in and going to the room we noticed the TV was not in working order. When we called the desk we were told “oh yea.. so… there is an issue with the TV service in almost all rooms and nothing I can do to help you” we were told to speak to the manager in the morning to get what we were promised a $25 credit to be told they could not. Buyer beware !! We should have been told this prior to even giving my card to complete the process"

"The toilet was too low, not ADA compliant."

"The place was a bit run down. Rooms were ok but sink leaked drawers did not close: day 2 not enough towels"

"Average"

"We were there celebrating our 57th wedding anniversary. It was relaxing and we had a beautiful view of the water from our room. The food at the in house restaurant(Johnny's) was convenient and delicious ."

"Great option for staying in the center of the town. The hotel has easy access to parking and the staff was great. The hotel itself is a little outdated for the price. Overall, great experience and view."

"Love the breakfast tacos"

"Bathroo S were recently refreshed and new carpet was being laid during our stay. Only complaint was people across the hall talking loud and slamming their door most of the night. Finally quieted down around 3 pm"

"Resort is beautiful, location is amazing and food is great. Only issue was the walls are paper thin and you can hear a lot."

"We stayed at this hotel so we could be near my son as it was parents weekend at URI. Lovely grounds and definitely a winery feel to it. Check in and out was simple. Our Room was Lovely... but just a few things could be improved on..expensive hotel so I suppose I expected more... the was a wedding going on so there was loud music until approx. 11pm with lots of guests returning to their rooms making alot of noise. No coffee machine in the room. In our room the bathroom sink had no area to place...
