"Check in process was poor, no response to messages prior to checking in. Checked in and had to wait even longer as security needed to make a call to confirm check in, despite seeing ID, very unclear why this was, as was not explained. Whole process from arriving at reception to entering my room took about 45 minutes to resolve. Arrived at 1st unit/room and the toilet was dirty as well as floor not cleaned. "The location is great. We loved having the Old Fleece pub next door. The amenities are nice. The biggest issue with this accommodation is the lack of air flow. It can get warm and stuffy in warmer weather. There are no windows, and keeping the door open at night was not an option for us."

"This cellar apartment is a very cool place to stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and provided helpful information regarding the area and getting around. Very nicely renovated with a well equipped kitchen, the apartment suited our needs perfectly. The bathroom was large with a great shower. It was very comfortable and quiet which made for an excellent night's sleep."
