The pool and fitness facility were really nice and received free bowls of New England Clam Chowder from the restaurant which was so good! They let us check in early which saved us with three small children needing to nap. We wish we would have stayed here longer. We would love to book here again during the Boston Marathon if the prices weren't so high for the 2027 Boston Marathon. "

"The property is not disabled or family friendly. Only for backpackers. Literally just for people with backpacks, with no luggages, no wheelchair, no strollers. Don't be fooled by elevator note on their property details. Yes there is an elevator, but there ARE stairs at the lobby before you can get to the elevator. They have wheelchair lift but they said it is broken and we did not see them make an effort to fix it nor offer any help for the 3 nights we are in there. The faucet water is a joke. You turn it on just to get cold but the water is super hot, then sometimes super cold even you put it into hot. On the cleaning part, all they do is just change the bedsheets and towels. They don't vacuum or clean at all."
