"We booked this hotel for a flight to Europe. We were unaware of the construction project and closure of significant parking areas. They also did not offer park and fly which is the reason we chose this hotel. Our room was on the ground floor and we awoke to beeping from construction trucks and workers yelling at each other at 6:30AM. We were not pleased. We had to drive our car to the airport instead of using the shuttle as we had planned and have done so for the past 3 years when flying out of SMF airport. We will not be staying again until at least 2027 when the construction is scheduled to be complete. "

"El hotel es bastante viejo, tiene una decoracion muy fea y es lúgubre. La cama creo que tenía un metro de altura, alfombras viejas y sucias aunqie la limpieza en general estaba bien. Pero el staff fue muy amable, nos dieron un larr check out de 2 hrs. y el estacionamiento era gratuito"

"Shrugged and said they only had one room for us when we arrived to check in for these rooms we booked a month ago. Blamed Expedia. Eventually they found a dirty room and put the sheets on the bed while I waited so at least we weren't left out in the cold but didn't care or offer to do anything about the fact that they couldn't provide the same room class that we booked."
