Both at check in which was late afternoon and check out which was around 5 am there wasn’t any to be found and there didn’t seem to be anyone else checking out leaving the hotel at that time. "The breakfast was just so-so. Not the same quality breakfast I had the last time I stayed there. The staff was polite, respectful and handled the various questions and issues we had there. The pool was clean but extremely hot, too hot for any real swim time. The pass-key door was not working and the staff had to place a rubber sign in order to keep it open. "I couldn’t sleep the first night loud refrigerator and a/c they put in a new refrigerator the next day that helped, tv and phone didn’t work, they fixed that. We had 2 bath towels, really! The breakfast was one of the worse I’ve come across. And don’t get the rooms in the back of the property so weird. Lots of homeless hanging around the property on every corner and at Dennys next door. We ate at Dennys and it was cold food. I cook 1 server. Whole experience was sad"
