"In-house breakfast isn’t very elaborate; no protein options like eggs, sausage, etc. at all. I had to go out for breakfast every day. There are plenty of shops nearby. I had to reprogram my keycard like 5 times because it got demagnetized (from being near or in my phone wallet, AirPods, even my actual wallet), so make sure to keep it away from all electronics; they’re really sensitive I guess. Staff was very helpful and kind."

"Be aware that the property has rules that after 8 years working in an hotel and never hearing something as such, rules like no guests after 9pm and any guest must check in prior and show ID are enforced. I felt as if in a drug treatment center that I've paid $85 a night for as I was unaware of this fact and had one person come over one night out of the six I stayed, went to pay the $10 extra occupancy fee in the morning and was told that I broke the rules. Again, I was unaware those were rules...

"Hot tub was non-existent. Like it was clean and beautiful but didnt work. We flipped switches and pushed buttons but nothing worked other than the water spout. Lol"

"This is the cutest place - retro but totally modern. Absolutely spotlessly clean. The man at the desk is very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds, fantastic memory foam pillows, and completely new bathrooms. Easy to get to, and a straight shot to the airport."

We have been staying at the Holiday Inn Express for the last several years now, each time that we travel, because the quality and service are always top-notch. The whole hotel was very new, the room was exceptional and they allowed me to use their conference room without any hesitation when I asked for them to open it for me. "Loved that the hotel was newish, clean. Bathrooms were spotless. Front desk was polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious the one day we had it there. Now the negative- small things really but noticeable. The Standard room felt a little cramped for two people, the closet/storage space was too small for 2 bags and the bathrooms didn't have sufficient hooks/rods for 2 towels to dry. Housekeeping was a hit and miss, texted them for towels in the morning and they didn't come, had to again call in...
