"First, I had occasion to contact the property several times before our arrival and the staff could not have been nicer nor more pleasant to talk to and were very happy to accommodate my requests. Upon arrival, again the staff was beyond helpful and pleasant and went above and beyond to promise us coffee earlier than their normal set up time (we were out early fishing). The rooms were very clean and everything worked and even though we were close to the freeway, the traffic noise never bothered...

"Walking in, i found the dark doors a bit off putting- not clueing in, this is a Japanese hotel. I even admired the bamboo! The doors made sense afterwards!
My Husband & i tried out the baths- what an interesting experience. It was similar to a large float tank but I enjoyed this more. My Husband was skeptical & did it to humor me but really enjoyed it as well.
The building seems really well built as we heard nothing & no one. The shower is huge. With a big bath tub."
