"When we checked in the front desk was nice. Our room was NOT there were stains on everything, the bathroom was disgustingly discolored and gross. The whole room reeked like cigarettes despite it supposedly being non smoking. They did change our room and it was much better but the ick factor had already hit us pretty hard. I don’t think it would have felt so gross if we had never seen that first room. The front desk at check out was not personable but it was “fine”. We went in 2019 and it was much better back then. Probably won’t stay there again. Disappointed because having been in the past I expected better."

"Tata welcomed us and checked us in at 1 a.m., late, late arrival due to plane delay. Before that, David was incredibly helpful because of the delay. I felt welcomed from the first step into the hotel. There was a chandelier in my room!"

"This was such a lovely property. The sconces were fabulous. So easy to check in late and our room was beautiful decorated. Just know that there is a lot of steps so you may want to request a second floor.room. I loved the 3rd floor with our view. I can’t say enough about this hotel. I would stay here again. "
