"Affordable clean room, close to everything, safe and plenty of parking"

"Clean room"

"They are trying but this hotel is not a good value. Staff was making an effort but not trained up. It took 30 minutes to get a set of keys that worked. The property is in pretty rough condition with a lot of janky doors, gates, sidewalks and other areas. We were fairly desperate late on a Saturday and paid for our lacking of foresight."

"Property was well maintained. The hot tub did seem to have some pipe issue when the bubbles were turned on, but the hot tub was hot and clean otherwise."

"The staff and hotel were nice and conveniently located. Our issue was with our room. It was NOT clean and there were no other rooms available due to a softball tournament. The shower had hair in the catch, BOOGERS on the wall, the towels were messed up as if they hadn’t been replaced, there was a coffee cup in the fridge, the floor had clearly not been mopped, an air freshener was left on the ledge, the ice bucket was UNDER the bed and everytime we moved it sounded as if the bed was going to...

"Rooms were good, I think our room was being renovated. I did have to go to the front desk for a hair dryer. And the pool was not accessible at the time."

"This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The musty damp smell of cigarettes was so disgusting. While checking in the front desk lady was rude. A guest was complaining of the smell in their room and she did not seem surprised or do anything about it. I would never stay at this hotel ever again."

"We just loved this Hotel, so charming and historic and everyone was lovely to talk to. Love the local vibe and hanging out with all the local towns people. So layed back and friendly. We will definitely come back. Berlin is a gem. Cheers!!"

"The hotel was under heavy renovation and it was pretty evident everywhere except for the front entrance area. The carpets in the hallway were extremely dirty and the stairway seemed to be falling apart. If it weren't for the renovations actively happening, I would have just assumed the place was falling apart. Our room appeared to be in much better condition upon first glance, but that changed once we got back to our room for the night. We dropped our bags off and that had to go to another...

"The hotel and room was extremely clean and comfortable. The area surrounding the hotel is convenient for anything. The staff is terrific and extremely helpful! Will stay again for sure if we are in that area. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Clean and comfortable room, smaller room but that wasn’t a surprise, no towels at the pool and smaller selection for breakfast. Good place for a short stay while visiting Ocean City!"
