"I wanted to take advantage of the breakfast as it was advertised to be ready at 6:00 AM and I had an early start. Turned out to not be ready until 6:30 AM so I didn't get to have it. I was able to get some coffee at their do it yourself bar. The ramp up to the outside door is in very bad shape and I suspect a wheelchair would have trouble. No hot tub in my room. "

"Stayed in the middle of August, the room can get hot and the AC tries to keep things cool with all the curtains pulled. The good news is that it gets quite cool at night where the ac is not required. Overall the beds, linens, and toiletries were clean and complete. The kids loved the hanging chair, which was a nice touch for the kids. Staff was amazing and assisted with all of our questions. On the day we arrived the team brought us (and our luggage) directly to our dome. The only thing I would provide feedback on is that our unit had a leak when it rained."

"We went to Under Canvas in Williams for the nighttime view of the Perseid meteor shower, which did not disappoint. The Milky Way is visible as well as so many stars it's hard to pick out the asterisms so familiar in the big city. Lunch and dinner at the facility were great, our dog was welcome and presented with a nice keepsake bandana to wear. The staff were very friendly and bent over backwards to help in all situations."
