"From beginning to end, my family had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. Conveniently located close to Busch Gardens, Water Country, and the Outlet Mall. The hotel was immaculately clean. You can take your pick between the indoor/outdoor pool and or hot tub. Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was nice, & all associates were friendly, especially Twyana (apologizes if misspelled) - she was exceptional and deserves recognition in my opinion. "Check in was quick! It was only a 1 night stay but my son snd i had a giod stay. Bed was comfortable. I liked the shower only complain was shampoo provided was empty but we made do! Breakfast was the normal fare but saved us having to eat out for all meals."

"my boyfriend and i stayed at this hotel for busch gardens & water country. it was honestly pretty decent for how much I paid. upon walking in tho it was a little dirty (esp in the bathroom and sink) so we had to use our own Clorox wipes and it smelled like smoke. "The hotel is room nice for the price range, and the lobby is great. Breakfast was awesome with scrambled eggs each day and alternating sausage or bacon and french toast or diced potatoes, and 2 waffle makers plus the standard continental breakfast options. The only pool (outside) looked a little green - but we never asked about it since we were using the "awake" portion of our day at Busch Gardens."
