"The Williamsburg Inn is absolutely FANTASTIC! Tim and Leslie helped us with smooth check-in! They were just so nice and helpful!!! We were surrounded by beautiful decor/antiques! Rides were complimentary to dinner/stores (Howard was amazing)! The incredible maids cleaned up our room and provided chocolates and slippers! Tim even text me to see how things were going!!! We celebrated our 31st Anniversary at this incredible Inn and loved the beautiful grounds and service! We will tell...

"We routinely stay at this specific hotel when we visit Williamsburg. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and it’s a quiet hotel even when it’s full. It is also at a very convenient location for Busch Gardens and the Outlet mall. The only thing that I ca. mention is that the breakfast is an additional charge and is essentially the same breakfast that is free elsewhere. That’s a drawback. We will be regular customers due to the staff and the upkeep of the hotel!"

"Staff was kind but WiFi was not working. Upon checkout we were told that we should have reported that the WiFi wasn’t working and that they were working on it at the moment so it works in some rooms, not others. No additional linens in the room and had to request extra blankets and received one. TV was not working. Upon checkout we were offered that a manager could possibly give a discount on a future stay for our troubles…we will not be returning."

"Fife and Drum is a wonderful place to stay in Williamsburg. The location is amazing because you can walk to the museums and restaurants. Check in and parking are very easy. The place itself is charming and they always have drinks and snacks available in their quaint dining area, as well as delicious breakfast options. We stayed in the Restoration room, which has somewhat odd decor, but on theme for the area. The only negative for me was the bed. The mattress was too hard for my back and it made...

"Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was exceptionally helpful. We experienced a smoke evacuation in the hotel and the staff made sure all residents were out of the hotel and safe. Breakfasts were delicious, plentiful with lots of food choices. We really enjoyed our stay."
