Keeping in mind that I'm reviewing a La Quinta and not a high-end five star hotel, I give full marks to La Quinta Williamsburg for being exactly what it is supposed to be: a reasonably priced, safe and clean hotel, with a friendly staff, a simple breakfast buffet, located very close to Historic Williamsburg ( 4-5 minute drive), and very convenient to both Jamestown and Yorktown, if you're doing the "Historic Triangle." The hotel is a 3 minute drive to a road lined with a variety of restaurants, and is next door to a 7-11 gas station. It was a very convenient location for us, and I'll happily stay here again if we visit the area in the future.

This was a fairly run down hotel in desperate need of a renovation. The breakfast was good. Housekeeping was by request only which was odd to me. This is minor but they also need more luggage carts.

The LaQuinta, Williamsburg is perfectly located to be convenient to everything the area has to offer, especially Colonial Williamsburg. Though the physical plant has been in service for many years, it seems to be well maintained and has a fresh appearance. It offered an excellent value. All staff members were very courteous and eager to please. Our stay was everything we could ask for.

Had grand kids alomg and the pool was closed with no explanation and so was the work out room.The garbage cans arround the property were overflowing and never empty.This certainly did not live up to Wyndom standards and we will certainly think twice about staying at any Wyndom in the future

Little teeny tiny bars of soap for shower and bathtub was disgusting. The staff that greeted me when I first arrived. There was horribly rude peeling paint on the walls big holes in the carpet. The only reason I stayed is because it was graduation weekend, and there was nothing else available, but never again.
